I really loved this so much! I was literally pointing out each part of me as beautiful and worthy of love and acceptance, not pointing out my flaws as I have heard others point out in the past to me. It hurt, to think of what others have told me, but to then pull away from those and say to myself, “I am beautiful and worthy of love and acceptance,” was so healing. It washed away the feeling of hurt and my eyes welled up with tears as I said the words because it felt liberating, peaceful, and real to tell myself that truth. Another day of healing. Thank you Troy!
